This is my first order
- how does the software work?
HDPhotoLab
ordering software (aka 'BPRocs') uses the very popular and safe Java software to
operate. The first time you click on the 'Download' button, please
be patient while it checks your computer for the latest Java version
and upgrades it if needed. The next time you order, it will
load quickly from your 'HD' desktop icon.
What's the difference
in HD Photo Lab processing and other photo labs?
HDPhotoLab is a service of
Bullock Professional. We've served professional photographers
across America for over 23 years. We utilize so-called true,
photographic Kodak Endura photographic paper, Kodak color
management, and processing specifications. In addition, our
trained staff will adjust the color and density of each image to
optimize your photographic quality. You'll also find our
in-lab processing time to be spectacular!
How will I know you
received my order?
As soon as your order completes
sending, you'll instantly see the "Sent, thank you." message.
This means that the order is being processed within HD Photo Lab
systems. In approximately 1 hour, check your email for a
confirmation email.
Why didn't I receive
my order confirmation email from HD Photo Lab?
If you've checked your email
and you don't see it, check your 'junk mail' folder. It's a
good idea to set your virus/spam software to receive your email
confirmations from us.
How long should it
take to upload my order and images?
This will depend on the 3 main factors -
The size files your camera takes, your internet connection's upload
speed, & the number of images you're uploading. A typical digital
camera .jpg file size is around 5mb which should take only a couple
of minutes to upload each one. HD Photo Lab has an extremely
fast uploading system for your orders. To test the upload
speed of your internet connection, please check out our 'Test Upload
Speed' page.
When will my order
ship?
Our shipping companies pickup
Monday through Friday. If your order finishes sending before
10am, more than likely it will be on it's way that afternoon.
Can I use HD Photo Lab if I have a dialup internet connection?
Probably not since modern day digital cameras need to create a
larger image file for best quality. It would simply take too long to
try and send an order with a slow dialup connection.
